Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • To qualify for a return, products must be in their original, unused condition and packaged in their original materials. If you no longer have the original packaging, it is the customer's responsibility to provide suitable alternative packaging. Items must also be in pristine condition, meaning they have not been used, washed, or show any signs of wear.
  • Custom or made-to-order items are not eligible for return unless they arrive damaged or defective.

2. How to Initiate a Return

  • Please contact our customer service team jake@unionhomefurniture.com or call us at 847 810 0026 to initiate a return. Include your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for shipping the item back.

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • In case of Damage and Defects please refer to the Damages Policy.

4. Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will facilitate either a replacement or a full refund, including any associated shipping costs. Additionally, we will collaborate with qualified furniture specialists to assess and enhance the product’s condition, ensuring continuous improvement in our offerings.
  • In cases of minor damages that do not affect the overall functionality of the product, we may offer a discount on your purchase as an alternative to a return.

6. Exchanges

  • We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item and place a new order.

7. Final Sale Items

  • Certain items may be marked as final sale and cannot be returned. Including but not limited to Made to Order products and clearance sale products.
  • Please note that all non-exchangeable products would have *Final Sale* mentioned in product description.
